Purpose of the Role:

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for effectively recruiting students to join our educational programs. This role involves direct communication with potential students through calls and follow-ups, guiding them towards the most suitable courses and entry levels based on their educational background and skills. The primary goal is to maximize enrollments and ensure students are well-informed about their options

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Contact Leads: Proactively engage with provided leads to introduce educational programs and match prospects with suitable courses.

  2. Advise Potential Students: Offer guidance on course offerings, aligning recommendations with the prospect’s educational background and skills.

  3. Manage Enrollment Process: Guide prospects through the enrollment steps, assisting with form completion and documentation.

  4. Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the team on sales and marketing strategies to boost recruitment efforts.

  5. Maintain Records and Report: Keep detailed records of interactions and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  6. Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform recruitment and program strategies.

  7. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly, maintaining positive relationships with potential students.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the education sector and course offerings is a MUST

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate others

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
