Work Location: Mariakani, Kenya
Key Duties
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Obtain supplier quotations and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and cost control processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Procurement Clerk Vacancy
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the automotive, motor vehicle, truck assembly, or spare parts industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Added Advantage
Candidates with previous experience in the motor vehicle, automotive, truck assembly, or spare parts sector will have an added advantage.
