Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Accounting Principles: In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Accounting Software: Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks and Sage.
• Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Proven experience in preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
• Leadership: Experience supervising and guiding junior accounting staff.
