Business Development Manager Job Opening
Company Overview:
Our client is a busy company providing IT support, software, hardware and other IT related solutions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Development or related field
– At least 3 years experience doing business development in organization dealing with ICT and security solutions
– Hands on sales experience dealing with Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, M365, Security), EDR and endpoint security, data backup and disaster recovery solutions, firewalls and network security, structured cabling and WiFi solutions, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), IT audits and compliance services, managed IT and cybersecurity services
Main Responsibilities:
– Drive new business and revenue growth to achieve branch breakeven within 6 months
– Identify, pitch, and close deals with SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions
– Build and manage a client pipeline for securing IT and cybersecurity services
– Develop local go to market strategies and partnerships
– Manage pricing, proposals and contract negotiations
– Oversee P&L, forecast revenue, and control costs
– Gradually hire and onboard sales and technical resources
– Maintain strong coordination with HQ for delivery and support
Salary and Benefits:
Kshs 160,000-190,000 plus company benefits
