Job Purpose:
Lead the daily operations of the Pastoral Centre, provide team leadership, and enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee catering operations, menu planning, and event hosting
- Develop and manage the centre’s budget and monitor expenses
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff in hospitality and event services
- Ensure facilities are well maintained, clean, and ready for events
- Promote services and build partnerships to increase bookings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience managing conference or catering facilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of hospitality standards
RECEPTIONIST
Job Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact and manage front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and client inquiries
- Monitor client activities and office inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage invoicing, receipts, and payment tracking
Requirements:
- Certificate in Front Office Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Purpose:
Ensure the safety, security, and order of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of staff and visitors
- Conduct patrols and respond to disturbances
- Keep records of vehicle and personnel movement
- Control traffic flow and maintain a tidy workstation
- Report irregular activities promptly
Requirements:
- KCSE certificate
- Minimum 1 year of security experience

SCHOOL BUS DRIVER
Job Purpose:
Provide safe and efficient transportation for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers safely on scheduled routes
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine checks
- Follow traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with general logistics as needed
Requirements:
- Artisan or craftsman certificate in motor vehicle studies
- Valid PSV ABCE Class license with over 2 years’ experience

- Registered with the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association (KCPA)

Job Purpose:
Empower vulnerable families through livelihood training and mentorship.
