Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations for optimal efficiency.
- Lead and manage both front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the establishment.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly handle feedback or complaints.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain top-tier customer service.
- Assign clear roles and responsibilities to team members for smooth service delivery.
- Manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and monitor the quality of deliveries.
- Track and manage operational costs, including labor and food expenses.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies including events, seasonal promotions, and online visibility.
- Organize special events or themed nights to drive customer traffic and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Analyze market trends to set appropriate pricing strategies for menu items.
- Promote customer loyalty through effective retention initiatives and discounts.
- Foster strong internal communication among staff and management.
- Inspire a positive, team-oriented work culture through leadership and support.
- Review and analyze financial statements including sales reports and expenses.
- Stay up to date with relevant licensing requirements and industry laws.
- Implement sustainable practices to minimize waste and control costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing a restaurant or hospitality team is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and basic financial principles is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
