Position: Assistant Training Manager
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader passionate about developing talent and driving service excellence?
As a leading hospitality group with diverse properties across Kenya, PrideInn is seeking a hands-on Assistant Training Manager to join our team.
You will support the Group Training Manager in executing our comprehensive learning and development strategy to enhance employee skills, improve on-the-job performance, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and delivering training modules across all departments

Supervise and mentor trainers and coordinators
-
Monitor performance improvements post-training using KPIs
-
Support quality audits and brand standard rollouts
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel training or operations

Strong facilitation and presentation skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to guide, motivate, and develop junior team members
-
Results-driven mindset focused on measuring training program impact
