KSRBS seeks a visionary, experienced, and ethical leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer & Trust Secretary. This dual-role position provides strategic direction and operational oversight of the entire Scheme while ensuring strict compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of KSRBS operations.
- Serve as Secretary to the Board of Trustees and advise on governance best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA guidelines, and KenGen PLC mandates.
- Oversee investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risk.
- Represent the Scheme in engagements with regulators, stakeholders, and members.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and member-centric service delivery.
