SC Johnson is seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its Nairobi team. This position supports the company’s financial decision-making by providing accurate analysis, forecasts, and performance insights. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the business achieves its financial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes for Kenya and the wider region.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, variance analysis, and financial performance dashboards.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and functional teams to optimize business decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards, internal controls, and financial policies.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, cost analysis, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management reporting within a multinational or FMCG environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across functions and regions.
