We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Team Lead to guide, coach, and inspire our telesales agents.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (diploma with strong experience considered)
– 3 to 5 years of telesales experience
– 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
– Proven success in outbound or international telesales
– Strong leadership and coaching skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Data-driven mindset
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Proficient in CRM systems and call center tools
– Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
– Based in Nakuru (on-site role)
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily telesales operations
– Coach and train agents
– Monitor calls and review performance
– Prepare sales and performance reports
– Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
