Key Responsibilities:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email & chat
✔ Resolve issues promptly & professionally
✔ Maintain accurate customer records
✔ Liaise with internal departments
✔ Recommend improvements to boost service delivery

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field
✅ 4+ years in a customer-facing role
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
