About the Role
A food manufacturing organization is looking for an accomplished Head of Strategy & FP&A to provide leadership in financial planning, business strategy and organizational performance.
The successful candidate will help connect the company’s strategic objectives with financial planning and execution. The role involves generating meaningful financial and business insights to support senior management in making informed decisions and achieving sustainable growth.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Strategic business planning
- Budget preparation and management
- Financial forecasting
- Financial modelling
- Performance evaluation
- KPI development and monitoring
- Business case analysis and evaluation
- Management reporting and decision-support analysis

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, CFA or an equivalent certification.
- An MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy or FP&A, with substantial hands-on FP&A experience being essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance management.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
- Experience preparing KPI reports, business cases and management dashboards.
- Ability to translate financial and operational data into practical insights for senior management.
- Experience working within a complex, rapidly changing or multi-entity organization will be an advantage.
