PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camps is seeking HR professionals to ensure excellence in people management, compliance, and employee engagement.
We are hiring for two positions:
- HR Coordinator (1 Position)
- HR Clerk (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and time and attendance systems
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance tracking, and disciplinary documentation
- Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and communication of HR updates
- Liaise with payroll and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR processes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- CHRP certification or ongoing enrollment is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
