We are hiring for two positions:

  • HR Coordinator (1 Position)
  • HR Clerk (1 Position)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and time and attendance systems
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance tracking, and disciplinary documentation
  • Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and communication of HR updates
  • Liaise with payroll and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR processes

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • CHRP certification or ongoing enrollment is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
