Technical Manager Needed (private security industry)
POSITION: TECHNICAL MANAGER
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager
Salary: KES 100,000– KES 130,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
Our client, a leading private security company in Kenya, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Manager to lead its Technical Services Department.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in the planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and management of electronic security systems while ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
This role requires a hands-on technical professional with proven leadership experience in the private security industry.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Professional certification in Electronic Security Systems, Networking, CCTV, Solar Systems, or Project Management is an added advantage.
Membership with a recognized professional body is desirable.
Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in the electronic security industry.
Must have served in a managerial position for a minimum of three (3) years in a private security company.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and multiple projects.
