Human Resource Officer Job [KES 50,000 – 60,000 per month]

Aline Facility Management is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
– Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in human resources
– Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
