Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet either of the following academic and professional requirements:

Option 1

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.

OR

Option 2

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of six years of relevant work experience, including at least three years serving as a Human Resource Clerk I or in a comparable position.

Candidates should also demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism, innovation, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Professional Requirement

Applicants must be registered members of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya.
