The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) invites applications for 365 short-term positions:
  • 55 County Monitors.
  • 290 Constituency Monitors.
  • 20 Call Centre Monitors.

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) has announced short-term contract opportunities for County Monitors, Constituency Monitors and Call Centre Monitors.

About ORPP

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties is established under the Political Parties Act, Cap 7D, as an independent State Office within the meaning of Article 260 of the Constitution.

The successful candidates will monitor the pre-election, election and post-election activities of political parties, including compliance with:

  • The Constitution
  • Political Parties Act
  • Code of Conduct for Political Parties

The positions are available at County, Constituency and Headquarters levels, respectively.

Important Clearance Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to provide clearance from:

  1. Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
  2. Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
  3. Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)
  4. Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
  5. Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
  6. Authentication and recognition of foreign degrees by the Commission for University Education (where applicable)
