What You Need To Succeed
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, debt collection, or customer service (experience in the betting industry is a plus)
– Strong communication and persuasion skills – you must be able to connect with customers and drive results
– Fluency in Swahili and Luganda is highly encouraged
