A leading real estate company is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Unit Sales Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:
As the Unit Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client’s sales operations. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, leading a dedicated team, and driving property sales to achieve and exceed business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to peak performance.
* Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial client contact to successful closing.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Oversee property listings, coordinate showings, and manage sales activations.
* Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales management.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
