Senior Human Resources Officer Job in Kenya
To oversee Day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Department.
This role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
– Implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
– Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling
– Support training and development programs
– Maintain accurate HRIS data and leave management records
– Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and company policies
– Prepare and analyze HR reports for decision-making
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
– CHRP certification and IHRM membership (mandatory)
– Minimum 6 years HR experience in a labor-intensive, unionized environment
– At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with HRMS systems
– Strong knowledge of performance management, recruitment, and labor laws
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
