Conclusion
Addiction/substance use disorders have fully been recognized as diseases in the country hence it is important to try and save your dear one by enrolling him/her in any of the best rehabilitation centres in Kenya.
And the good thing is that NHIF can contribute up to Ksh 60,000 from the required Ksh 120,000 to Ksh 150,000 rehabilitation fees, depending on the victim’s condition (if you go for a NHIF-accredited facility).
Keep in mind that the rehabilitation process in Kenya takes an average of 90 days.
